The living room includes a sofa, TV, dining table and kitchenette with a gas hob, refrigerator, toaster and cooking utensils. One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; the other has a double bed, two single beds and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Split units provide heating and air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Bed linen, towels, a drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. There is no Wi-Fi, and the living-room fireplace cannot be used. The apartment itself is for guests' exclusive use; a covered, furnished veranda on the first floor is shared with guests of the apartment below. Sottotorre Beach is 500 metres away and a seven-minute walk. Calasetta Tower is within walking distance, the marina is a seven-minute walk, and the ferry departure point for Carloforte is about ten minutes on foot. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area. Free street parking is possible but not guaranteed; no parking space is included. Arrival is by self check-in, with remote assistance available until 23:30. Registration and payment of the applicable tourist tax are required before access instructions can be received. La Salina Beach is six minutes by car, Spiaggia Grande seven minutes by car and Spiaggia sulle Rocce Rosse eight minutes by car. A car is recommended for exploring the area and visiting these beaches. Free street parking is not guaranteed and no parking space is included. Cagliari Elmas Airport is one hour and 22 minutes away by car; Cagliari railway station is one hour and 27 minutes away by car. Public transport connections run via Villamassargia-Domusnovas and Carbonia to Line 801 for Calasetta Porto, an eight-minute walk from the apartment. The fireplace cannot be used. Document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the applicable tourist tax are mandatory before receiving access instructions. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Tourist tax is €1.00 per person per night for the first five nights; children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt. Unagreed use of extra linen costs €15 per linen kit used. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C.
