Sturla has supermarkets, bars, bakeries and seafood restaurants, with rail and bus connections to central Genoa and the old port. Vernazzola Beach is five minutes away by car or 12 minutes by public transport. Genoa Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car (14 km), or 70 minutes by public transport using bus AIR to Cibrario/Sestri Fs Aeroporto, a regional train to Sturla and an 11-minute walk. Document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the tourist tax are mandatory before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Air conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulation DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74: average indoor air temperature must not fall below 26°C in summer, and the weighted average must not exceed 20°C in winter.
