House rules
Document registration and online check-in are mandatory before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. A mandatory Rome tourist tax of €6.00 per person per night is payable through the Guest Portal. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C and winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 19°C. Rome climate zone D allows heating for eleven hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings have no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show is non-refundable.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with a lift that is not suitable for disabled guests. The building is inside the ZTL A1 restricted-traffic zone. Paid parking at Parking Ludovisi is approximately twelve minutes away on foot. Piazza di Spagna metro station is a three-minute walk away; it can be reached from Roma Termini. Trains or shuttle buses connect Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino airports with Termini.
