The apartment occupies the second floor of a building with a lift that is not suitable for disabled guests. The entire home is reserved exclusively for guests during their stay. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a clothes rail; the first also has a TV. The living area has a dining table and two designer chairs. Each of the two bathrooms has a shower, basin and toilet with a handheld bidet spray.

The kitchenette has a four-ring electric hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heat-pump heating, a smart TV with Chromecast, bed linen, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and a hairdryer.

Nearby shopping streets include Via del Babuino, Via Condotti and Via del Corso. Piazza di Spagna is a three-minute walk, the Trevi Fountain a ten-minute walk, Villa Borghese a twelve-minute walk, and Piazza Navona and the Pantheon a thirteen-minute walk. The Colosseum and Imperial Forums are twenty minutes away by public transport.

Trains or shuttle buses connect Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino airports with Termini.

Document registration and online check-in are mandatory before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. A mandatory Rome tourist tax of €6.00 per person per night is payable through the Guest Portal. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C and winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 19°C. Rome climate zone D allows heating for eleven hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings have no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show is non-refundable.
