House rules
Maximum occupancy is three guests; standard occupancy is two. Guest document registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes available for an additional fee. The communal building entrance is monitored by security cameras. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings permit free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ninth and top floor, with a lift, but is not suitable for guests with disabilities. Carducci metro station is a few metres away. The property is outside the restricted-traffic zone. Paid blue-line street parking and nearby paid covered garages are available. Garage Victor charges EUR 1 per hour or EUR 15 per day; Molinette charges EUR 1 per hour or EUR 7 per day.
