The apartment occupies the ninth and top floor of a period building with a lift. The living room has a sofa bed, wardrobe, split air conditioning and smart TV. The kitchenette includes an induction hob, mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.

The bedroom has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, split air conditioning, balcony and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. A second bathroom also has a toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. The spacious terrace overlooks the city and the Alps.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hot water are available. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes cost extra. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. The communal building entrance is monitored by security cameras.

Carducci metro station is a few metres away, with connections towards the centre, Porta Nuova and Lingotto. The apartment is near the CTO, Molinette and Cellini hospitals and Valentino Park, and a short distance from the Polytechnic, Palasport and Olympic Stadium. It is outside the restricted-traffic zone and conveniently located for the motorway south of Turin.

The property is outside the restricted-traffic zone. Paid blue-line street parking and nearby paid covered garages are available. Garage Victor charges EUR 1 per hour or EUR 15 per day; Molinette charges EUR 1 per hour or EUR 7 per day.

Maximum occupancy is three guests; standard occupancy is two. Guest document registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes available for an additional fee. The communal building entrance is monitored by security cameras. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings permit free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
