The apartment is on the ground floor, with a step at the entrance and stairs leading to the sleeping area. The kitchenette includes a gas hob, moka coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils and wine glasses. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. Trani station is a three-minute walk away; central sights and the sea are under ten minutes away on foot. From Karol Wojtyla International Airport, take the FR2 train to Bari Centrale, then a regional train towards Barletta to Trani.

Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival for mandatory guest reporting. Late arrival must be arranged directly with the property. Air-conditioning and heating use are subject to Italian regulations: summer indoor air temperature must not average below 26°C, and winter temperature must not exceed a weighted average of 19°C. Trani is in climate zone C, with heating permitted for nine hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation up to seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
