House rules
Document registration and online check-in must be completed before access instructions can be issued. Instructions for document registration and payment of the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Self check-in is available; customer care operates only until 23:30. Air-conditioning and heating operation are subject to Italian regulations: summer indoor temperatures must not average below 26°C, and winter temperatures must not average above 19°C. Rome's climate-zone D heating schedule is up to 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
There is an entrance step and a raised shower enclosure. The fifth-floor apartment has lift access but is not suitable for guests with disabilities. Roma Tiburtina station is 400 metres away, with a seven-minute walk to the apartment. From Roma Termini, the journey takes approximately 16 minutes using metro line B to Tiburtina. From Fiumicino Airport, the journey takes approximately 54 minutes using the regional train to Roma Tiburtina. From Ciampino Airport, car or taxi is the most convenient option, over a distance of 25 km.
