Standard occupancy is two guests; maximum occupancy is three. Guest Portal document registration is mandatory to receive access instructions and enter the apartment. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C in summer or exceed 19°C in winter. Milan is climate zone E, with heating operation stated as up to 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings have free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The studio is on the ground floor of a building without an elevator and is not suitable for people with disabilities. Facade renovation scaffolding may cause dust, noise and disruption. Parking is not included; paid covered garages are nearby, including Garage di Via Giusti, subject to availability. Arco della Pace is 280 metres away, a four-minute walk; the Arco della Pace tram stop is a two-minute walk away.
