The house

Apartment 106 is approximately 55 m² and occupies the first floor of a building with a concierge and lift. Five entrance steps precede the lift. The living and dining area has a sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette with an induction hob, conventional oven, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery.

The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a small double bed and no air-conditioning unit. The living/kitchen area also has air conditioning. The bathroom contains a shower enclosure and bidet. Bed linen, essentials, a hairdryer, iron, hot water and heating are provided. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available.

Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a charge on level -1, daily from 08:00 to 19:00. The entire apartment is for guests’ use, and longer stays are permitted.

Piazza Duomo is a 15-minute walk via Via Meravigli and Via Dante. Cadorna station, the M1 and M2 metro lines and the Malpensa Express are a five-minute walk away. Teatro Litta is opposite, with the Catholic University and Sforza Castle nearby. Milan Linate Airport is 9 km away.

A short-term rental contract and an Italian tax code are mandatory. Administrative charges range from €50 to €150, with the applicable charge communicated when the contract is signed.
