The ground-floor apartment occupies a building without an elevator. The living room has a sofa bed, dining table, armchairs and TV. An open-plan kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka pot, toaster, cooking utensils and wine glasses.

The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and desk. It is reached by internal stairs from the kitchen and has no separating doors or acoustic isolation from the other spaces. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, a portable Pinguino air conditioner, portable fans, a washing machine, wardrobe, chest of drawers, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Nearby buses and tram 27 provide connections to the city center. Via Cadore Corso Ventidue Marzo stop is a two-minute walk away, and Dateo station is a ten-minute walk away. Malpensa Airport is 68.3 km away, approximately 56 minutes by car or taxi, or about one hour by Malpensa Express to Milano Bovisa and regional train to Dateo. Milano Centrale can be reached in under 30 minutes using bus 60 from Via Vetruvio to Via Cadore Corso Ventidue Marzo.

Instructions for guest-document registration through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival for mandatory Italian guest reporting. Air-conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulations: average summer indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and weighted average winter temperature must not exceed 19°C. Milan’s climate-zone schedule permits heating for 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
