The bright apartment occupies the fifth floor of a building with a concierge and elevator. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. Vanvitelli Metro station is 450 metres away. From Naples Airport, take Alibus to Garibaldi and then Metro Line 1 to Vanvitelli; Naples Centrale also connects via Line 1. The apartment is outside the restricted traffic zone, but nearby Via Alessandro Scarlatti and part of Via Luca Giordano are within it.

Only guests registered with public security may enter. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival for mandatory police registration. Communicate your arrival time to the key holder in advance. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes incur an additional charge. Cooling and heating must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not fall below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperature must not exceed 19°C. For Naples Climate Zone C, heating is limited to nine hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes and no-show are non-refundable.
