Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Guest Portal document registration is mandatory to receive access instructions and enter the apartment; registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Guest information is submitted through the Italian Alloggiati Web procedure. Air conditioning and heating operate under Italian regulations: summer average air temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. Milan’s climate-zone E heating allowance is 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Standard occupancy is two guests; maximum occupancy is four. Under the non-refundable booking option, cancellation, changes and no-show receive no refund. Under the standard option, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes and no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. Argonne M4 Blue metro station is a four-minute walk away and connects directly to Milan Linate Airport. Politecnico di Milano is less than 900 metres away; the Istituto dei Tumori is a few minutes away.
