House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Guest document registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be received; registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Self-check-in instructions are supplied close to arrival. Tourist tax is payable. Cooling and heating operation is subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C. Turin is in climate zone E, with heating operation stated as 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor, with steps before the lift. Dante M1 metro station is a four-minute walk away. Parco del Valentino and the Po riverfront are 700 metres away. Nearby paid street parking is not guaranteed.
