The kitchen opens onto the second balcony and includes a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, moka pot, utensils, dining table and chairs, and TV. Unlimited Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are available. A fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

The surrounding residential district has restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and nightlife. Parco del Valentino and the Po riverfront are 700 metres away. Dante metro station is a four-minute walk away, with nearby tram and bus services. Paid blue-line street parking is available nearby but is not guaranteed.

Arrival is by self-check-in, with mandatory guest registration before access instructions are released. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and checkout is at 10:00. Tourist tax is payable.

Guest document registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be received; registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Self-check-in instructions are supplied close to arrival. Tourist tax is payable. Cooling and heating operation is subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C. Turin is in climate zone E, with heating operation stated as 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
