Guest Portal registration is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Heating use is subject to Italian regulations: the winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C; the stated climate-zone schedule allows 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 01:30 carries a €40 charge. Self check-in assistance is available until 23:00. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
There are seven steps at the independent entrance and further steps between the living and sleeping areas; there is no elevator. The historic centre of Passignano is less than ten minutes away by car, Spiaggia Caloni is seven minutes away by car, and bars, a pharmacy and a supermarket are six minutes away by car. A car is the most convenient means of reaching the property and exploring the area. Umbria International Airport is 35 km away; Passignano sul Trasimeno station is 3.8 km away, Perugia station 26 km and Assisi station 44 km.
