Online guest registration is mandatory before access instructions can be provided. Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal and paying the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Self-check-in assistance is available until 21:30; assistance is not guaranteed after that time. Heating and cooling are subject to Italian regulations: summer indoor average temperatures must not fall below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 19°C. Heating in Como climate zone E is permitted for 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. For the non-refundable rate, cancellation, booking changes and no-shows receive no refund. For the standard rate, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund.
Getting there
Enter through building number 14. Several flights of stairs are required to reach the apartment and move within it. The internal mezzanine staircase is steep and has no protective barriers; take particular care when travelling with children. Mind the mezzanine ceiling height. The small double sofa bed may be cramped for two people. A car is recommended for reaching the apartment and exploring the area.
