Guest registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before receiving arrival instructions and accessing the apartment. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in is self-service, with instructions provided near arrival. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes incur an additional charge. The fireplaces must not be used because they are not operational. Heating is subject to Italian regulations: the winter indoor temperature limit is 19°C, with operation limited to nine hours daily from 22 November to 23 March in Fasano's climate zone C. Tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival for the first seven nights: €2.00 per person per night from 15 June to 15 October, and €1.50 per person per night from 1 April to 14 June and from 16 October to 31 December. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings permit free cancellation until seven days before check-in; later cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
Access requires 15 steps to the first floor, without a lift, and an internal staircase connects the two levels. The terrace is accessed through the upper bedroom. Torre Canne beaches are seven minutes away by car; Fasano centre and Zoosafari are ten minutes away by car, and Ostuni is twenty minutes away. Fasano station is 9 km away, Brindisi Airport is 50 km away, and Bari Airport is 82 km away.
