Online guest registration and payment of the tourist tax are mandatory before arrival instructions and access are provided. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. The tourist tax is EUR 2.50 for the first five nights. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperatures must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 19°C. For Padova climate zone E, heating operation is limited to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings do not receive a refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
Access requires stairs to the building and a step into the accommodation; the first-floor building has no lift. From Padova railway station, the journey takes about 20 minutes by bus or tram followed by a short walk, or about 10–15 minutes by taxi. From Venice Marco Polo Airport, a direct bus to Padova railway station followed by local bus or tram takes about 1 hour 15 minutes in total.
