Guest registration is mandatory to receive access instructions and enter the apartment. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. A cot is available on request, subject to availability. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average indoor air temperature must not exceed 19°C. Bergamo is in climate zone E, with heating permitted for 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Non-refundable bookings have no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor, and the lift is not suitable for people with disabilities. Bergamo railway station is approximately a 15-minute walk away. The airport journey takes approximately 25 minutes by bus line 1 to Porta Nuova Chiesa Grazie and an approximately 10-minute onward walk. Paid parking is available nearby, but is not included. The apartment is inside a restricted traffic zone (ZTL); access along the street from building number 29 onward is prohibited between 23:00 and 07:00.
