The fireplace and wall-mounted wood-fired oven are decorative and must not be used. Pets require prior authorization and an additional charge. Guest registration is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Instructions for document registration and payment of the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Tourist tax is 2 euros per night for the first three nights. Air-conditioning and heating use must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C; winter weighted average temperature must not exceed 19°C. The published heating schedule for Assisi, climate zone E, is 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Check-in is self-service, within the published 16:00–21:00 window. Non-refundable bookings have no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show is non-refundable.
Getting there
Assisi’s historic centre is about 8 km away, approximately 10 minutes by car. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and laundries are in Santa Maria degli Angeli, five minutes away by car. A car is recommended. Assisi railway station is 3 km away, Umbria Airport 13 km and Perugia 20 km. The apartment has steps and internal stairs with no elevator; take particular care when travelling with children.
