Guest-document registration instructions are sent through the Guest Portal seven days before arrival for mandatory Italian guest registration. Tourist tax is 1.00 euro per person per night for the first five nights, payable in cash. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulation DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74, with average summer indoor temperature no lower than 26°C and weighted average winter temperature no higher than 20°C. For the non-refundable tariff, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund. The standard tariff allows free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund.
Getting there
Three steps lead into the building; the suite is on the ground floor. The property is outside the restricted traffic zone and accessible by car. Paid public parking at Ostuni Parcheggio is 600 metres away. Ostuni station is 2.7 km away, Brindisi Airport 36 km and Bari Airport 100 km.
