The 13 m² ground-floor suite has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, balcony and private ensuite bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower enclosure. Three steps lead into the building. The guesthouse contains three other double suites; the kitchen and breakfast room are shared with their guests.

The suite has air conditioning, heating, unlimited Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and a smart TV with Netflix but no broadcast antenna. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, an iron and ironing board are provided. For the non-refundable tariff, cancellation, changes and no-shows receive no refund.
