Shops, cafés, a supermarket and a pharmacy are within 500 metres. Pesaro's historic center is 1.5 km away, reachable in a 23-minute walk or 13 minutes by public transport; a bus stop is a four-minute walk away. The beaches of Pesaro are a seven-minute drive away, and cycle paths provide access toward the historic center and southern beaches. Fano is 11.2 km away, Riccione 25.3 km and Urbino 35 km.

From Ancona Airport, take bus C to Falconara Marittima station, a regional train to Pesaro, then bus 50 to Flaminia Volta, 350 metres from the apartment. From Pesaro station, bus 60 serves the same stop. Street parking is free in white-marked spaces, subject to availability, or paid in blue-marked spaces.

Guest document registration through the Guest Portal is required. Tourist tax is EUR 1.50 per person per night; children under 14 are exempt. Late arrivals require prior agreement.

Instructions for registering guest documents through the Guest Portal and paying tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Tourist tax is EUR 1.50 per person per night; children under 14 are exempt. Guest registration information is transmitted to the Italian police through Alloggiati Web. Late check-in requires prior agreement and a surcharge. Heating is subject to Italian regulations: the winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C; for Pesaro's climate zone E, heating is limited to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings permit free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
