Document-registration instructions are sent through the Guest Portal seven days before arrival. Completing registration and paying the tourist tax are mandatory before receiving access instructions. Check-in is self-service, between 15:00 and 22:00; check-out is by 10:00. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes cost extra. Operation of heating and any air conditioning is subject to Italian regulation DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74: average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C in summer, and the weighted average must not exceed 20°C in winter. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor. Genova-Brignole railway station and the metro stop are a five-minute walk away.
