Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Guest documents are checked for the Italian Alloggiati Web registration procedure. Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:30. Late check-in after 21:30 and until 23:00 costs 25 Euro; check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Air-conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulations: average summer indoor temperatures must not fall below 26°C, and weighted average winter indoor temperatures must not exceed 19°C. Milan's climate zone E heating schedule is up to 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. For the non-refundable rate, cancellations, modifications and no-shows receive no refund. For the standard rate, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellations, modifications and no-shows receive no refund.
Getting there
Access to the apartment involves stairs; there is no lift. M5 San Siro Stadio is a 10-minute walk away, M5 Segesta a 13-minute walk and M1 Gambara a 20-minute walk.
