Arrange arrival directly with the property. Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal and paying the Venice municipal tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Air-conditioning and heating use is subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 19°C. For Venice climate zone E, the stated heating allowance is 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings have no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes and no-show are non-refundable.
Getting there
Access to the first-floor apartment requires stairs, with no lift. Marco Polo Airport is approximately five minutes away by car or six minutes by taxi. Bus 5 towards Venezia serves Passo Campalto Orlanda, one minute from the apartment. From Venezia Santa Lucia station, bus E5 towards Venezia serves the same stop. Venice is approximately 20 minutes away by public transport; central Mestre is nine minutes by car or 18 minutes by public transport.
