House rules
Mandatory guest-document registration through the Guest Portal must be completed before access instructions can be received. Registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in is self-service, between 15:00 and 22:00; check-out is at 10:00. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperature must not exceed 19°C. For Turin climate zone E, heating is limited to 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. For Airbnb bookings, Airbnb collects tourist tax automatically; Turin residents and children under 12 should request the applicable exemption from Airbnb. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings permit free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift. The shower enclosure is raised. Spezia M1 metro station is a one-minute walk away. No parking space is included; free white-marked street parking is not guaranteed. From Turin Airport, take the FlibCo bus to Torino Porta Nuova, then M1 to Spezia and walk one minute. From Porta Susa, take M1 to Spezia. From Porta Nuova railway station, walk four minutes to the M1 station and travel to Spezia.
