Document registration and online check-in are mandatory before arrival instructions and apartment access can be provided. Instructions for registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Air-conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulations: average indoor summer temperature must not be below 26°C, and weighted average winter temperature must not exceed 19°C. Rome is in climate zone D, with heating operation stated as 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
Ground-floor apartment with a step at the entrance and a raised shower enclosure. No elevator. No dedicated parking; nearby free or paid spaces are not guaranteed. Vatican City is approximately 10 minutes away on foot, and Roma S. Pietro station is 140 metres away. From Roma Termini, the journey takes approximately 28 minutes via metro A to Valle Aurelia and then train to Roma S. Pietro. From Fiumicino Airport, it takes approximately 47 minutes by train with a change at Roma Trastevere. From Ciampino Airport, it takes just over an hour via bus 520 to Tuscolana/Cinecittà, metro A to Valle Aurelia, and train to Roma S. Pietro.
