## About the house

The apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a sofa, double bed, dining table and wardrobe. The separate kitchen has a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses and cooking utensils, and opens onto a small balcony. The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure, basin, bidet and toilet.

A split air-conditioning unit serves the living/sleeping area. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer are provided, along with bed linen, towels, hot water and essentials. Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector. There is no Wi-Fi. The apartment is not suitable for guests with disabilities.

Brenta station on metro line M3 is 250 metres away. Fondazione Prada is 20 minutes away on foot or 13 minutes by public transport; the Duomo is 14 minutes, Pinacoteca di Brera 23 minutes, Castello Sforzesco 24 minutes and Arco della Pace 38 minutes by public transport. Carrefour is a four-minute walk, Dolce Vita café a five-minute walk and Sottobosco restaurant a ten-minute walk.

Access is automated. Registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be issued, and tourist tax must be paid. Remote assistance for automated check-in is available until 22:00.

The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator but is not suitable for guests with disabilities. The shower enclosure is raised. Brenta metro station (M3) is 250 metres away. From Linate Airport, the journey takes about half an hour via M4 to Sforza-Policlinico, then a transfer to Crocetta for M3 to Brenta. From Malpensa Airport, allow about an hour via Malpensa Express MXP1 to Cadorna, M1 to Duomo and M3 to Brenta. From Milano Centrale, M3 to Brenta takes about 20 minutes. Drivers are advised to use paid parking at Parking Car Corvetto or Garage Bacchiglione.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00; check-out is by 11:00. Access is automated, with remote check-in assistance available until 22:00. Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal and paying tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Registration is mandatory to receive access instructions. Air-conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C and winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 19°C. Milan’s climate-zone E heating schedule is up to 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Under the non-refundable booking option, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund. Under the standard option, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
