Complete document registration through the Guest Portal before arrival to receive access instructions. Tourist tax must be paid through the pre-arrival process. Check-in uses automated access, with remote troubleshooting assistance available until 22:00. Heating is subject to Italian regulations: the winter average temperature must not exceed 19°C; Milan’s climate-zone schedule permits 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The studio is on the first floor. The shower enclosure is raised. Navigli is eight minutes away on foot. From Milano Centrale, take the M2 to Romolo, approximately 15 minutes by metro, then walk seven minutes. From Milan Linate Airport, the journey takes approximately 50 minutes using the M4 to Bolivar and the M2 to Romolo, followed by a walk. From Milan Malpensa Airport, take a shuttle to Milano Cadorna and then the M2 to Romolo.
