The first-floor studio measures approximately 30 m² and combines a living and sleeping area with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. The living area has a double sofa bed, a small dining table, a wardrobe and a TV. The kitchenette includes an electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, wine glasses and cooking utensils.

The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure, bidet, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen, towels, hot water, unlimited Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, independent heating, a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The apartment is near Naviglio Pavese, with access to the M2 at Romolo and Porta Genova and connections to IULM, NABA and Bocconi universities. Navigli is an eight-minute walk away. Piazza Duomo is 28 minutes away by public transport, Castello Sforzesco and Parco Sempione 19 minutes, and Pinacoteca di Brera 25 minutes.

Check-in uses automated access. Registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Instructions for document registration and payment of the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Remote assistance for automated check-in problems is available until 22:00.

The studio is on the first floor. The shower enclosure is raised. Navigli is eight minutes away on foot. From Milano Centrale, take the M2 to Romolo, approximately 15 minutes by metro, then walk seven minutes. From Milan Linate Airport, the journey takes approximately 50 minutes using the M4 to Bolivar and the M2 to Romolo, followed by a walk. From Milan Malpensa Airport, take a shuttle to Milano Cadorna and then the M2 to Romolo.

Complete document registration through the Guest Portal before arrival to receive access instructions. Tourist tax must be paid through the pre-arrival process. Check-in uses automated access, with remote troubleshooting assistance available until 22:00. Heating is subject to Italian regulations: the winter average temperature must not exceed 19°C; Milan’s climate-zone schedule permits 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
