Online registration is mandatory before receiving key-retrieval instructions and accessing the apartment. Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival. Pisa tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night. Pets require advance approval and an additional charge. A cot is available on request, subject to availability. Air-conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 19°C. For Pisa climate zone D, heating is allowed for 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor with a lift but is not suitable for guests with disabilities. The shower enclosure is raised. Paradisa 2 bus stop is a three-minute walk away. Nearby street parking is neither reservable nor guaranteed.
