Guest registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory before access instructions can be provided. Instructions for registering identity documents and paying the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Check-in is self-service, with further instructions provided shortly before arrival. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00; check-out is by 10:00. Heating is subject to Italian regulations: the winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C; Turin climate zone E permits 13 hours daily from 22 October to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; thereafter cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

The apartment is on the fourth floor. A step at the building entrance and a flight of stairs before the elevator prevent step-free access. Private parking is not included; free white-marked street spaces are not guaranteed. Parco Rignon is an 18-minute walk, the Santa Rita da Cascia sanctuary a 17-minute walk, Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino a 25-minute walk and Pala Alpitour a 28-minute walk away. Central Turin is 41 minutes away by public transport or 25 minutes by car. From Porta Nuova station, bus 58 serves stop 1670 Mombasiglio, a seven-minute walk from the apartment. From Porta Susa station, bus 55 serves Siracusa, a seven-minute walk away. From Turin Airport, take a bus to Torino (CSo Marche-Stab Abarth), walk nine minutes to Massua Nord, then take bus 62 to Siracusa and walk seven minutes to the apartment.
