House rules
Online document registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory to receive access instructions. Instructions for registration are sent seven days before arrival. Tourist tax is €2 per person per night for the first four nights. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes available for an additional charge. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:30. Late check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 carries a €40 charge. Remote assistance with automated check-in is available until 21:30. The non-refundable rate provides no refund for cancellation, booking changes or no-show. The standard rate allows free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
The room is on the second floor. An elevator is available, but some steps are required to reach it. The property is outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Parking options are paid and off-site. The historic centre is a 10-minute walk away, the university a 3-minute walk away, and Bari Centrale a 3-minute walk away. The state railway station exit is 100 metres away; the Bari Nord station exit for the airport connection is less than 50 metres away.
