The room is on the second floor of a building with a concierge and an elevator; some steps are required to reach the elevator. It has two single beds that can be joined into a double and a double sofa bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a 50-inch TV. The balcony has a table and two chairs.

A mini-fridge, electric kettle and coffee machine are provided. Kitchen facilities include a hob, oven, utensils, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.

The state railway station exit is 100 metres away; the Bari Nord station exit for the airport connection is less than 50 metres away.

Online document registration through the Guest Portal is mandatory to receive access instructions. Instructions for registration are sent seven days before arrival. Tourist tax is €2 per person per night for the first four nights. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes available for an additional charge. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:30. Late check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 carries a €40 charge. Remote assistance with automated check-in is available until 21:30. The non-refundable rate provides no refund for cancellation, booking changes or no-show.
