The apartment occupies a traditional stone building, with a stone-vaulted living area and its own entrance from the street. It is arranged on one level in a quiet residential neighbourhood with local services.

The kitchenette has gas hobs, a refrigerator, freezer, electric oven and cooking utensils. The living area has a sofa and smart TV. The bedroom contains a double bed and wardrobe; the bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower enclosure.

Guest document registration instructions are sent seven days before arrival for the mandatory Italian guest-reporting procedure. A tourist tax of EUR 1.00 per person per night is collected in cash for the first five nights. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes cost extra. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: summer indoor air temperatures must not average below 26°C, and winter temperatures must not average above 19°C. Ostuni's stated heating period is 22 November to 23 March, for up to nine hours daily. Under the non-refundable rate, cancellation, booking changes or no-show receive no refund. Under the standard rate, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
