The maximum occupancy is three guests; standard occupancy is two. Seven days before arrival, instructions are sent for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the municipal tourist tax of EUR 2 per person, applicable for up to seven consecutive overnight stays. Late arrivals must be agreed with the property in advance and incur a supplement. Heating is subject to Italian regulations: the winter weighted average indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C; for Polignano a Mare, climate zone C, heating is limited to nine hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor; there is no elevator. The historic centre and Pino Pascali Museum are a five-minute walk away. Lungomare Colombo and its coves are two minutes away. A car is recommended for reaching the apartment and exploring the area. Parking is not included; free parking is possible nearby. Polignano station is 800 m away, Bari station is 37 km away and Bari airport is 52 km away.
