House rules
Guests must sort and dispose of waste at the times and places explained during check-in. Incorrect sorting or disposal incurs a EUR 50 penalty. Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal and paying the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Late arrival must be agreed directly with the property and incurs a surcharge. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
Stairs are required to reach the apartment; the building has no elevator. Garden access includes a landing and several steps. One communal-car-park space is available. A car is recommended. The ski slopes are 950 metres away and the Alpe-Adria cycle route is 600 metres away.
