## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to five guests and has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and one bathroom. The living room has a dining table, a small double sofa bed and a 32-inch Smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe; bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

The kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, wine glasses and cooking utensils. The approximately 30 m² private garden is accessed from the living room via a landing and steps. A balcony is also available.

Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, bed linen, towels, hot water, an iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Guests have access to a cellar containing the washing machine and one free parking space in the communal car park. There are no fans.

The apartment is at an altitude of 820 metres, 950 metres from the ski slopes and 600 metres from the Alpe-Adria cycle route. Tarvisio Boscoverde railway station is 6 km away, Udine station is 96 km away and Trieste Airport is 131 km away. A car is recommended for reaching the apartment and exploring the area.

Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal and paying the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Late arrival must be agreed directly with the property and incurs a surcharge. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
