The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The kitchenette has electric hotplates, a refrigerator, freezer, moka coffee pot, conventional oven, cookware, dishes and cutlery. The living area has a TV and dining table; the sleeping area has a wardrobe and split air conditioning. The bathroom contains a toilet, basin, bidet and shower enclosure. The balcony has a table and two chairs.

Unlimited Wi-Fi and an uncovered parking space within the residence are available. A hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes available for an additional charge. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. There is no heating.

The residence occupies approximately eight hectares of Mediterranean pine forest on the Adriatic coast of Salento. The beach is a few minutes away on foot along a shaded path. Lecce is approximately 12 km away, Torre dell’Orso 15 km and Otranto 30 km. Nearby Le Cesine offers nature walks, birdwatching and outdoor excursions.

Standard check-in is 16:00–21:30 and checkout is by 10:00. Late in-apartment check-in carries additional charges. Instructions for mandatory guest-document registration through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival.

The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access. There is no heating. The beach is a few minutes away on foot via a shaded path. Lecce is approximately 12 km away, Torre dell’Orso 15 km and Otranto 30 km. From Brindisi Airport, a rental car or taxi is recommended, with a journey of approximately 50 minutes. From Lecce railway station, a taxi is recommended, taking approximately 20 minutes.

Guest-document registration through the Guest Portal is required; instructions are sent seven days before arrival for reporting to the Italian Alloggiati Web service. Air-conditioning use is subject to Italian regulations, with the summer average indoor air temperature not below 26°C. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes cost extra. Late in-apartment check-in fees are EUR 25 from 21:30 to 23:00, EUR 30 from 23:00 to midnight, and EUR 40 from midnight to 01:30. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
