House rules
Guest registration is mandatory before access instructions can be received. Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal and paying tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Incorrect waste disposal incurs a € 50 penalty; disposal rules are explained at check-in. Air-conditioning and heating operation must comply with Italian regulations: average summer indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and the weighted average winter indoor temperature must not exceed 19°C. Bergamo is climate zone E, with heating permitted for 14 hours daily from 15 October to 15 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor without a lift and requires stairs. The shower enclosure is raised. Bergamo railway station is a six-minute walk away. From Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport, take bus 1 to Porta Nuova Chiesa Grazie, a two-minute walk from the apartment; the airport is approximately 20 minutes away by bus. A parking space is not included. Paid parking nearby is not guaranteed; Central Parking is four minutes away.
