House rules
Online registration is mandatory before receiving key-collection instructions and accessing the apartment. Instructions for registering identity documents through the Guest Portal and paying the tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Free self-service key collection is available on site; telephone assistance is available until midnight. Optional staff key handover at the apartment is available on request: EUR 15 from 15:00–21:00, EUR 25 from 21:00–23:00, EUR 30 from 23:00–00:00, and EUR 40 from 00:00–01:30. Air conditioning and heating are subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperature must not exceed 19°C. For Pisa climate zone D, heating is limited to 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor. The Ciclopista del Trammino is a few metres away. Pisa centre is 4 km away, approximately 10 minutes by bicycle or 5 minutes by car; Marina di Pisa is 9 km away, approximately 30 minutes by bicycle or 10 minutes by car. Livorno is 21 km away. A car is recommended for reaching the apartment and exploring the surrounding area. Parking is limited to one exclusive-use space in front of the entrance.
