Arrange check-in directly with the property. Check-in is normally 15:00–20:00; arrivals from 20:00–22:00 incur a EUR 40 surcharge, and arrivals from 22:00–00:00 incur a EUR 60 surcharge. Seven days before arrival, guests receive instructions to register identity documents through the Guest Portal and pay Venice's tourist tax. Registration information is submitted through the Italian Alloggiati Web police reporting system. Instructions also cover downloading a voucher for free entry to Venice's historic city under the experimental access-contribution scheme beginning April 25. Air-conditioning and heating operation are subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and winter weighted average temperature must not exceed 19°C. The published heating schedule for Venice climate zone E is 13 hours daily from October 22 to April 7. For non-refundable bookings, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment starts on the first floor, has no lift and has an internal staircase to the bedrooms. Piazza San Marco is a 10-minute walk away; the Arsenale waterbus stop and Riva degli Schiavoni are each a 3-minute walk away. Paid parking is off-site at Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto.
