House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for more information. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh, arranged and charged by the Reservation Team. Longer stays require additional cleaning and payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Reservations are confirmed after electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due upon booking and the remainder 110 days before arrival. Cancellations before 110 days receive a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, payments are non-refundable. A credit card must be on file for arrival instructions to be sent. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. A maximum of one car is permitted.
