House rules
No smoking, parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection and provide arrival time. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by agreement. Tourist tax is included in the total price per the tax section. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed per booking; single-bed linen €12 per bed per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €75 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the full stay without replacement. Heating, cot and outdoor parking are included.
Getting there
The sea is stated to be less than 100 m away. Le Redois beach is listed at 280 m. The Vélocéan route and cycle paths are 100 m away. One car can park on the enclosed grounds; additional free public parking is available in front of the house. The home has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; use a dedicated charging point, not domestic sockets.
