Full payment is charged at booking to confirm a reservation. Weekend bookings require a two-night minimum; holiday weekends require a three-night minimum. Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability; unapproved late check-outs may incur discretionary fees. Check-out after 1:00 p.m. incurs the full cost of the following night. A $35 fee applies for lost or unreturned keys. Cancellations 30 or more days before arrival receive a full refund; cancellations 29–8 days before arrival incur a 15% cancellation fee; cancellations within seven days, early check-outs, and no-shows are subject to the full stay cost. Lodge rooms are intended for double occupancy. Ask about groups with more than two adults or children; a cot may be available, but not all rooms can accommodate an additional occupant. Additional occupant fees are $25 per night per child and $75 per adult. Smoking and lighting candles indoors are prohibited; a $250 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Designated smoking areas are available; cigarette butts must not be discarded in the fire pit or green areas. Damage to property may result in a fine, with the amount dependent on the damage.
