House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. The single sofa bed for a third guest must be requested at booking; additional charges may apply. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair can be hired. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance through an iron gate. Greenwich Station (National Rail) and Cutty Sark DLR are a short walk away, with links to Canary Wharf, London Bridge and the City.
