Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
Getting there
There are no taxis or public transport available for short local journeys in the area; arriving by car is recommended. Malpensa Airport is 70 km away, and Orio al Serio Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away.
