A formal dining table and rear deck provide indoor and outdoor dining options. All three bedrooms are on the main floor and have air conditioning and closets. The primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in accidental-damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
